金牛岭公园位于海口市中心城区海秀大道中段南侧，占地105公顷，内有金牛湖、综合性动物园、白鸽园、蝴蝶花园、竹园、槟榔园、菠萝密园、热带亚热带果园、花卉园、烈士陵园、健身广场，地面绿化率达96％，属海南省会海口市具有九园一湖一场的大型园林景区。一年四季，园里树木苍翠，花果飘香，蜂飞蝶舞，鸟歌猿啼，鸽群翔空，景色秀丽而独特，是览景猎趣的好去处，享誉“海口名胜”。
